My Pocket.*

In my pocket I have:

• Cell Phone- I carry my cell phone with me everywhere. I feel naked when I don't have my cell phone because it is pretty much my life. :) I am constantly texting, and/or talkin on my phone.
• Lip Gloss- I always try to remember to carry lip gloss with me. I hate having to borrow people's lip gloss because it kind pf annoys me when people borrow mine.
• Pony Tail Holder- Most of the time I will have have a pony tail holder because I do sports and I usually have practice right ofter school.
• A Piece of Candy- Almost every other day I have a peice of candy because I have seminary and if we give Bro. Leifson a pound and answer the question that's on the board then we get a piece of candy. :)

My Paragraph.*

To Kill a Mockingbird Paragraph

Have you ever done something that most people would be afraid to do because you don't care what people think, do, or say? Well, I'm reading the book To Kill a Mockingbird and there is a character named Atticus and he is a lawyer defending a black man. This story takes place quite a while ago, and most people are racist. When Atticus is defending this black man, Tom Robinson, Dill runs out of the court room crying because he cannot stand the way Mr. Gilmer is treating Tom Robinson(pg. 226-227). Atticus then explains that this is the way Mr. Gilmer treats black people on the streets too. Also, he says that just because this guy is a different color than the rest of them doesn't mean that he should be treated differently or disrespectfully. As one can see, Atticus didn't care about the fact that this man was a different color, he still treated him the same as he treats everyone else. This was no matter what other people thought, said, or did. Therefore, no one should care what other people think, do, or say because as long as you're doing what you think is right then that should be enough.

My Weekend.*

Wow! My weekend was so much fun! On Thursday I went my friend's house to watch movies and hang out. Then on Friday I hung out with my mom around my house. Saturday was probably the best day out of this weekend! First, I went to the Pizza Hut for a pizza party with the volleyball girls, and then after that we went to the football game at our high school. There our team played Rock Springs and we totally killed them. We beat them 38-6. After the game I went to Utah to go shopping and just have a mother-daughter day. The next day I went to my grandma's house. While I was out there hanging with my cousins we decided to got to one of their friend's parties. It was a blast! After the party I went back to me grandma's house and stayed the night. Monday morning I got up at six to go shopping again! Well, that's about it for my weekend.

I think that if Atticus decides to tell Scout about the Tom Robinson case she might not fully understand what he means, or why he's defending him. Scout is a very smart girl, but i don't think she will understand how big of a deal it is for Atticus to defend Tom Robinson. She already has a hard time understanding what rape means. Jem on the other hand I think he understands what is going on and why this is such a big deal. Scout will probably come to understand. It just might take her longer.*

A Child Called It

The book A Child Called It by David Pelzer is an amazing book. It is filled with the terrible and depressing games of child abuse David's mother plays with him. This book makes you want to just keep reading and reading even though you just can't help, but to cry. Reading this book has made a huge difference in my life. I would recommend this book to anyone!

Hmm..so my plans for today are pretty much lame. I dont really know for sure what i'm going to do. I wanted to go hang out with all me guy friends, but they might be going to a movie or something. But yeah i think that i will probably end up hanging out with my friend Alex and maybe having a sleepover with her! wow sports are pretty much amazing! my favorite sport to play would probably have to be volleyball! i say this only because its what i think im good at! =] lol but yeah i also basketball && i love watching football! so fun! i have grown up in a family that is just pretty much in love with sports..thats like ALL my dad watches anymore! but its cool! well..thats about it for now! =]]

My day has been amazing so far! Except for the fact that I have a test in geometry next hour!School is pretty lame, but it's alright because I'm going to a party tonight! It's my friend's birthday party! I can't wait! At the party we are going to just chill and watch movies! Well after school get's over I am going to go shopping so that I can get a present for the party! Well after the party is over I'm going to go home and crash! That's about it for my day!
